Secretary's Report

Bill read the March. 2008 minutes. Motion to accept By Jack, motion 2 nd by PT, motion passed.

Vice-Presidents report

Dan gave an update on the Chamber tournament. There are 15 entries so far. He also talked to First Niagara Bank and they agreed to sponsor the tournament again this year with a donation of $250.00.

Dan also has more tickets for the lake trout derby.

Presidents Report

Ken received an e-mail from bounty fishing; about a tournament they are having (a catch measure picture release). You can get more information from their web page. Bountyfishing .com

Old Business

Jack has ordered the blanks for the rods he is going to make and donate to the club for a raffle to raise money for the club.

 New business

Ken mentioned that we should do a better job at weighting in our fish at the tournaments. We have the equipment and we should use it. He is having the tournament director (Dan) put together a procedure for this, and will pass it out to the club to get some in put.

Pro's pointer

Ken gave the pros pointer; he let everyone know what helped him with fishing lakes he's never fished before. Ken uses Google Maps (satellite images) to zoom into a lake and review points,weed lines, fall downs, docks and other interesting features.
