Meeting called to order at 7:09pm. 11 members present.

Treasurers Report

Bill gave the treasurers report. Beginning balance in checking and savings accounts $xxxx.xx, ending balance $xxxx.xx. Motion to accept by Tom motion 2 nd by Pat. motion passed.

Secretary’s Report

Bill read the July, 2008 minutes. Motion to accept By Pat, motion 2 nd by Jack, motion passed.

Vice-Presidents report

Dan gave the Vice-Presidents report. Conesus went well, we didn’t get wet like it was predicted.

We only had one dead fish. The next tournament is Sept. 6 Th at Black lake. The draw will be Fri. the 5 th at 7:00pm at Mclear,s.

For anyone going up on Fri. you need to contact Dan before Labor Day. He will be going up to Mclear,s on that Monday. Or anyone that will be there for the draw to sign you up. Cell service is not too good up there. Its hit and miss.

New business

 Bill Terry and Dan were talking with some of the guys from Crystal City Bass club and they suggested that we have a fun tournament between our two clubs. They have done this in the past with another club and it was a fun time. What they suggested was swapping non-boaters. They would draw our non- boaters and we would draw there non-boater. We can talk more about it and see how much interest there is.
